When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month; however, we do require a 10-day written notice before you move out.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
All leases are month-to-month.
Is there a deposit?
No. There is a one-time administrative fee of $20.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and a valid, major credit card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What is Climate Controlled Storage?
Our climate-controlled units maintain an interior environment that is perfect for storing valuables & items sensitive to temperature extremes. These units are designed to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter (temperatures between 55°F and 85°F). If you're storing anything that you would not leave outside in a garage, then these units might be right for you.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person or make a payment through our website.
You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card account monthly.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We carry a large selection of boxes and moving supplies at affordable prices.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, food and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
Yes. As a veteran owned business we are happy to offer a military discount to those currently serving or retired. Ask our manager for details. We appreciate your service.
